Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments: A $50 deposit is required to reserve your cleaning date. Remaining balance is due upon completion. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Cancellations: Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit, as that time is reserved exclusively for your home. Access: Please ensure we have entry to your home (key, code, or someone present). Pets: For safety, secure pets during your cleaning.
