Tell us about pets, access instructions, alarms, delicate surfaces and any product preferences before the appointment. Photos help us understand condition and plan the work.
Make the cleaning areas accessible.
Put away items on floors and surfaces where possible. You don’t need to clean before your cleaning; access simply gives the team more time to focus on the work you booked.
Choose your priorities.
If a particular bathroom, kitchen area or other space needs attention, mention it when we quote the job. For hourly housekeeping, list tasks in priority order.
Prepare interiors for a moving clean.
Empty the appliance and cabinet interiors included in your moving service. Let us know whether the property will be vacant and whether utilities will be available.
Confirm the plan.
Review the agreed scope, price, arrival window, access and payment information. If anything changes, contact FSC so the plan can be adjusted.
